Founded in 2006, Hangzhou Datian CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. evolved from the Hangzhou Modular Machine Tool Research Institute, leveraging over 50 years of expertise in machine tool design, R&D, and manufacturing. The company boasts total assets of over 150 million RMB, net assets of 80 million RMB, and a production area of 22,000 square meters, employing more than 200 staff members.

As a recognized high-tech enterprise, Datian has been a recipient of the National Torch Program and National Innovation Fund projects. 2. Product Highlights

Under the guidance of former Chinese Machine Tool Association Chairman Liang Xunxuan, Datian has collaborated with international giants like Bosch, Vesuvius, and Yamaha to develop advanced CNC composite machine tools. By integrating FCM CNC composite technology with FMS flexible manufacturing systems, the company has achieved the following breakthroughs:

（1）Domestic Firsts:

1)Five-Sided Composite Flexible Manufacturing Unit and Three-Sided Composite Flexible Manufacturing Unit: These systems enable the high-efficiency, high-precision machining of large critical components in a single setup, completing all processes for 3-5 sides. This innovation addresses domestic gaps in flexible machining for large parts and reduces reliance on imported high-end military machine tools.

2)Dual Worktable Horizontal Machining Center: Developed a 4000×2000 mm dual worktable horizontal machining center, surpassing the domestic standard of 1600×1600 mm, significantly improving machine utilization.

（2）Other Innovations:
1)High-Speed, High-Precision GQ Gantry: Featuring a rigid gantry structure and robust base, this design is ideal for high-speed, high-precision machining. With worktable widths ranging from 600 to 1000 mm, it supports horizontal spindle integration, forming a medium-sized flexible manufacturing center for precision parts.

2)Advanced Vertical Machining Centers: Incorporating German VD13441 standards and high-performance spindles, these machines achieve spindle speeds of 10,000–42,000 rpm, positioning accuracy of 0.004 mm, and repeatability of 0.002 mm, offering a cost-effective alternative to imports.

3. Innovation Capabilities
（1）Industrial Chain Collaboration
Datian collaborates with global leaders such as Yamaha, Bosch, Vesuvius, Siemens (Nanjing), Aichelin, and Taiyo Nippon Sanso for long-term industrial partnerships.

（2）Academia-Industry Cooperation:
The company has partnered with Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Wuhan University to complete multiple National Innovation Fund and Torch Program projects, delivering custom non-standard equipment for leading enterprises.

With a 30-person R&D team, including six senior engineers, Datian operates the Zhejiang Intelligent High-Efficiency Composite Research Center.
